New Curbside Policies Due to COVID-19

when you arrive at the clinic and our staff will go over what steps to be taken to best protect us all.

Due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Collin County we are changing our policies to help protect or staff and client’s as best we can.

We are remaining OPEN at this time, but our LOBBY will be CLOSED to help minimize or staff and client’s exposure to COVID-19.

Please call us when you arrive at the clinic and our staff will go over what steps to be taken to best protect us all.

  • For Doctor Appointments – Please call us when you arrive, our technicians will go over patient history and why your pet is here today. We ask that any pet not in a carrier be taken out of the car by the owner and for the owner to hand their leashes to our staff. Our doctor will perform his exam and any treatments/vaccines that were already approved. After the exam our doctor will give you a call to go over his exam findings and any recommendations. Our staff will go over any medications that are going home and take payment over the phone. We will then bring your pet(s) out to you along with your receipt and any paperwork.

  • For Technician Appointments – Please call us when you arrive, our technicians will go over what services your pet is receiving and will go ahead and take payment over the phone. We ask that any pet not in a carrier be taken out of the car by the owner and for the owner to hand their leashes to our staff. We will then perform the necessary services and return your pet to you.

  • For Drop-Off/Surgery - Please call us when you arrive, our technicians will come out with the specific paperwork for you to sign and to retrieve your pet. We ask that any pet not in a carrier be taken out of the car by the owner and for the owner to hand their leashes to our staff. At pick up please call us when you arrive, our technicians will go over all discharge instructions and medications. After we take payment over the phone we will bring your pet to you.

  • For Medication Refills – We do have an online pharmacy so that we can have your pets medications delivered to your home. If you do not wish to do the online pharmacy we can still fill your medications in clinic. When you call in your prescription you can go ahead and pay over the phone or you can pay when you pick the medications up. Please call us when you arrive and we will meet you at the door with your medications.

  • We are still accepting cash and check payments at this time. If you would like to pay in cash or check please tell our staff and they will come out to collect payment.

 

We ask that any pet not in a carrier be taken out of the vehicle by the owner and then for the owner to hand their leashes off to our staff. We want your pet to still feel safe and comfortable, having you take your pet out of the vehicle will minimize the risk of having your pet run away from us scared.
